Well everyone knows I can't stand a surprise. So I ordered a camera for my birthday (which is on Sunday). I haven't had a new camera since I first was selling real estate like 4 years ago! I know camera's used to last for ever, but now they don't. I was tired of missing cute shots of my kids because my dumb camera wouldn't focus without the flash on, and when it was on I couldn't get good pic's because the flash washed them out! So I got a "mega-zoom" style camera. A cross between point and shoot and DSLR. I could not be happier. Wait a second....am I writing some sort of a review on the camera here???!! Ok sorry. I am just so excited at the possibilities of being able to take great pic's of my kiddos! This shot I am uploading is a picture I took of the neighbors trees. I was sitting on the floor in the front room and I zoomed probably 100+ ft to get this pic. LOVE IT!

Amanda! HEY! It's a Sony DSC-H50. I got it at best buy. They had the best local deal on it. I had to order it online then pick it up in the store though to get that deal.
The question is...how good of a deal was it????
so my heart skipped a beat when I saw the Happy Birthday to me thing. I thought your birthday was Sunday then as I kept reading I cauht on. I was feeling bad that I had missed it. That is a good gift! I am glad you got it.
I'm with Becky I thought I missed your B-Day too. Thank Goodness I didn't I would have felt really bad. That is awesome you got a new Camera, I love mine and it is great because I actually use the pictures for my blog so I am glad I got a new one too. It is not as good as your but good enough. Love you.

Ok, I feel like a complete idiot. First of all I just want you to know that I was very good at putting Birthdays and such into my Google calendar and yes, I had you there. The problem with that is that you have to look at it.....so I guess what I'm saying is "Happy Birthday" in a late sort of apologetic way. I hope you had a good one and that you enjoy your new camera.
Anna, I'm with Jennifer, I use to be so good at just remembering birthdays and not having to have something remind me, but I feel like an idiot and didn't tell you. So here it is, Happy Happy Day, I'm glad you got an awesome new camera, good for you. And cute little chocolate chip cookie cake at Daron and Angies, yummy.
