I am....

*I am....watching tv while my babies are sleeping
*I think....about everything and anything there could possibly think about. It runs in the family
*I know....That my redeemer lives
*I want....to be better.
*I have....a lot of stampin up stuff
*I miss....my dog
*I fear....Asa losing his front teeth
*I feel....emotional
*I hear....some corny commercial "it takes two baby"
*I smell....My dog's flatulence. Oh yuck!
*I crave....hugs and kisses
*I cry....all the time and for any emotion.
*I search...the web
*I wonder....what lies ahead.
*I regret....nothing. I learned from all my mistakes and regret nothing.
*I wish....for a happy ending
*I love....my husband and two beautiful boys!
*I care....about everyone, for real.
*I always....check my email
*I worry....about everything.
*I am not....a very good prioritize-r.
*I remember....the simple life.
*I believe....in Jesus. My dad wrote a beautiful song with that title "I believe in Jesus". I need to upload it somewhere so everyone could hear it. It's amazing. I love my dad and his expressions.
*I sing...all the time. I make up songs for my kids to popular tunes that pop into my head.
*I don't always....listen
*I argue....with my two year old about grandma being home. When her car isn't there she's not home!
*I write....letters to my grandpa in Tennesse who is old school and refuses to embrace the internet. Not that it would work in his podunk town anyway.
*I lose....my cool way more now than i ever used to
*I listen....to my 99.5 every chance I get.
*I don't understand...the plan
*I can usually be found....online
*I need....to do something productive
*I forget....a lot. That mommy brain has taken over.
*I am happy....when my kids are happy

I got this off Amy's blog and i thought it would be fun. I would tag someone, but I think Amy covered almost everyone that I would tag! LOL. So anyone else who wants to do should. It was fun to think about random answers LOL

My new grandpa

I hope my sister doesn't mind me posting a picture of her beautiful daughter on my blog.  I just thought this was the funniest thing!  She hops up on the lap of Cody's Grandpa, Frank, and announces to all of us that she's got a new grandpa! She sat there for a good bit of time with her new grandpa!

Happy Birthday to Coen

Can you believe we celebrated Coen's first birthday already! Wow!  he is getting so big (literally) We had family over for cake and ice cream.  Coen wasn't real interested in the presents.  I think Asa and I opened all of them while he sit and squirmed in my lap while I forced him to enjoy it LOL.  Here are a few pics of the occasion.

Asa and I opening presents
The most favorite present ever.  Which has to be the most noisy. So it has made it's way upstairs to the carpeted area.
Check out the size of that piece of cake! He was very careful with it.  He used his first finger and thumb to carefully remove and eat the frosting around the edges.  After about 5 minutes of that I scraped the rest of the "fluff" with a spoon so he'd get to the cake part!
Yep he ate just about the whole thing! And savored and loved every bite of it!
Here is the cake before we devoured it.  Yes it says Coen Meister.  That's his name you know LOL.  Next year it may not be, so I thought it would be funny to put that on the cake for his first birthday.  Some of his cousins think that is actually his name!!

Labor Day

For Labor Day weekend we headed south. We spent the weekend with Daron & Angie. It was so nice to just relax and have nothing to do! Asa had been telling everyone that we were going "fwimming in St. George" for the whole week before we left. So we had to go. We wanted to go to Sand Hollow, but the weather acted up and we didn't make it. So we just put some water in the pool in the back yard and let the boys have at it! Asa was so excited to swim. Coen, not so much. I ended up having to get in the pool and then coen finally relaxed a bit. It was a great weekend.
